At first I wondered if it was a generational thing as younger women are finding their expression and comfort in nude photography, but yes, it seems getting naked and exploring sensuality seems to be popular across the board, across all ages and backgrounds. And cultures too.
As one very christian client once said "It's my personal rebellion against the weight and expectation the world puts on me"
Another woman said
“I didn’t come here to be sexy. I came here to claim back myself."
How can you not fall in love with that. I know I did.
What has also been facinating is how many clients I get from overseas, where their country and culture might frown on nudity and sensual self expression even more that the United Kingdom.
In the UK we might even have a slightly different challenge, as a country that was heavily steeped in the glamour industry, page 3 models and Lad's Mags there's an extra layer of outward disapproval for women who might want to express themselves in their body.
What these attitudes always miss is what women want and desire.
And many desire to express themselves through professional nude photography.
Yay! That's why I'm here, and why I do this.
Seriously helping women express themselves and find their inner beauty is not a hobby, it's not easy, it's energy and commitment.
But heck it is rewarding...
That feeling that clients get when they know they are safe to express themselves with no judgement.
Our clients and ambassadors even write little poems and such, which you will find dotted all over our website, blog and socials, more is always welcome :)
"There was a moment—just before the shutter clicked—when the noise of the world dropped away.
It was just me, my breath, the feeling material beneath my fingertips, the light on my skin.
No distractions. No roles to play.
Just me, remembering what it feels like to inhabit my body without judgment.
I didn’t need to perform. I don’t need permission.
I just needed a moment to be fully here.
To feel softness and strength living in me, again.
To remember that I am more than what I give to others.
This was never about the lingerie. Even though I did wear my prettiest sets,
It was about seeing myself with fresh, loving eyes—and not looking away.
And yes it made me smile and even cry a little, but I won’t look away anymore.”
OMG, we've helped hundreds of women feel this way, and even if I was to hang up my photography gear tomorrow. To know I played a small part in uplifting and empowering women, it's absolutely the best.
From mild nudes to wild nude photography and everything in between, from water spray, faux shower or real shower, to drip nude photo sessessions with honey, cocktail and champagne pours. We've even done a jack daniels pour.
(BTW in case you're wondering, there's no actual drinking on set, fresh eyes always photograph better, and you seriously need coordination for some of our bendier poses. That's just how we roll, you can always have a glass of prosecco during hair and makeup. depending on requirements, we will often use tea or food colouring. But afterwards a celebration toast is always welcome)
Celebrate Yourself, Inspire Others
As you can see our client nude photo sessions can be very sensuous, that's why we only take on
ambassadors
who are at a minimum comfortable with nudes and our bodylove themes.
And whether you then decide to order 10 or 50 beautifully edited images, the foundation of your gallery will always be built on you and your own unique tastes. And of course there's the popular option of purchasing a full unedited un-watermarked gallery add-on at £199. Full session/Price list
