Every woman brings her own unique beauty to a boudoir photoshoot

Yes, Boudoir Photography is my profession, but it is the absolute beauty of it that I get to work with smart, amazing, beautiful and talented women on a daily basis. The shoot with Eleonora was so much fun. She is Italian and amongst other things, a talented artist to boot. I not a natural writer so here is her biography. Enjoy.
Biography of Eleonora Damizia
Singer- Songwriter Eleonora Damizia is a multilingual and talented vocalist. She is an established name in the London live music scene, performing with her band in and around London and abroad. Her live performance have been televised on the main Italian Tv channel too( RAI 2 tv) and her songs were played by local radios and TVs in the Uk and in Italy.
Eleonora is an exceptional and creative songwriter and she has released 5 singles in 2018/2019 . She is going to release a new single in March 2020 , produced by music producer Kikko Palmosi (who writes for Disney and Italian super stars)
She was supported by very well known and luxury London venues for the shooting of her newest music video”Crisi D’Identità” . In fact Eleonora got to shoot her music video in the Oscar Wilde Lounge Bar, inside the 5 stars hotel “Cafe Royal “ , a venue which has always attracted celebrities from all over the world, like Mick Jagger.
Her newest record also engaged the attention of British Music Legend Jim Kerr ( Simple Minds) who praised Eleonora for her songwriting and film direction skills (Eleonora is the director of all of Her music videos)
Eleonora is an accomplished musician as well as a linguist (she has got a master degree in Languages- she speaks and sings in Italian, English, French, Spanish and Brazilian (Portuguese)) .
Eleonora has performed several times at Royal Albert Hall.
She has performed in UK festivals, such as the London Dragon Boat Festival, the Festival Italia at brands hatch circuit, where she performed on the grid of the track , opening the first supercars’ race and performing in front of 10s of thousands of people .
She has performed at the well-known Crazy Coqs Jazz Club in piccadilly circus , at the Ronnie's Scott bar , Boisdale Jazz Club,” etc.
Eleonora has also performed in luxury members clubs in Mayfair, such as the Homehouse private members club and Tramp Members clubs . She performed in big theatres in the Uk too, such as the huge Butterworth Hall of the Warwick Arts Centre, in front of 1500 people.
In her artistic career Eleonora has collaborated with leading personalities in the international music scene
- Hugh Burns, (guitarist for George Michael and Paul McCartney),
- Oliver Jacobs (author and music producer of the hit "what about us" of the "Saturdays" and collaborator of madonna and Take that),
- Dave Swift, bassist for Jools Holland, Adele, Norah Jones, Paolo Nutini.
- Robin Banerjee, guitarist of Amy Winehouse. She sang with him for a Vogue fashion party at Shepherd’s bush Shopping Centre.
That is just her fabulous resume, if you're lucky you'll get to work with Eleonora in real life like I did.
As a boudoir photographer the importance of keeping everything organised and calm can not be overstated. Nearly any woman booking a boudoir shoot will be going through a flood of feelings from utter nervousness to sheer excitement throughout the weeks leading up to shoot day.
My role is to be the rock of assurance. To help you decide what style of shoot you'd like, be there to help and support through your choice of outfits and help guide you every step of the way before, during and after the experience.
It all begins with a conversation, why is talking is so important? Because Lingerie photography is miles away from boudoir and again glamour photography and will affect the way we approach your shoot.
What are the differences? In this day and age it can be difficult to tell the genres apart but the main difference is intent.
Lingerie photography is about the brand, and you are representing the brand, shoot days are fun but it's not unusual to have many people at a shoot, including client, account manager, director, photographer stylist, hair and makeup and other models. If you are considering a career in lingerie modelling I can help you with portfolio building sessions, just consider, it can be competitive, hard work and much of the time, less glamours a lifestyle than it looks.
Boudoir is all about you, expressing yourself for your own satisfaction. It's a very personal celebration, and if shot with me, other than a female assistant, it will be just us. This is especially important for non-professionals to help them stay in the moment and remain focussed. The resulting images will be all the better for it. Your boudoir pictures will always be private and only you decide if and who you share your pictures with. Increasingly women are happy and proud to have their pictures published, if this is what you'd like, I'm happy to help prepare the images for publication.
Glamour photography is all about you too, but it's the intention that you will be looked at and the centre of attention. Mainly but not solely aimed at a male audience and men's magazines. Glamour modelling, in a lot of ways, is very honest work and can be extremely lucrative, but you need to be in with a crew you can trust. I've mostly worked for women's brands and publications, so it is not my core expertise. If I can help, I will, otherwise I might direct you to models who work in this field for advice.

Every so often when the need arises (or when an ambassador retires) I'll put out a discounted ambassador/model call. In this particular case the super enthusiastic whirlwind that is Lucy answered the call, and she's never looked back. A few boudoir photo session or three and quite a few artistic nude images later. Like many of our Ambassadors that came in for a taster session, she's stuck around and has featured many times. This is her story in her own words. Some poses, especially the spicy nudes can be quite challenging for the fuller busted woman, especially for keeping everything in place and not flying everywhere :). I've worked with a few hundred larger busted women over the last few years and for perkiness we've developed a few tips and tricks and poses to help things along. At the end of the day it's just not possible to recreate the bounce of plastic. And obviously we encourage everyone to embrace what they are blessed with. When it comes to lift and separation, great fitting bras and lingerie really helps with that. I've bought a few pieces from Curvy Kate including their Dear Scantilly Range.
